Ross Braught
The mission of the Ross Braught Memorial Gallery is to present and preserve the art of Ross Braught and artists whose art is inspired by nature and human reactions to the world. Ross Eugene Braught (1898-1983) was primarily a painter of all scales and perhaps peerless in the graphic arts medium during mid-twentieth century America. Braught was not a self promoter nor did he join artist societies. He was even reluctant to part with his works as each appeared to have a particular memory to him. We look forward to presenting his lost works as they are rediscovered.
